Group Programs
Building skills, confidence, and connection — together
Our Group Programs are therapist-led, small-group sessions designed to support children and young people to build practical life skills, emotional regulation, and social confidence in a safe and supportive environment.
Groups provide opportunities to practice skills in real time with peers, while still receiving guidance, structure, and therapeutic support. All programs are intentionally planned and aligned with each participant’s individual goals.
What makes our groups different
Our group programs are guided and therapeutic, not unstructured social groups. Each program is designed to include:
Small group sizes to allow for individual attention
Guided peer interaction
Clear structure, routine, and expectations
Active skill-building through real-life practice
A safe, supportive environment that promotes confidence and independence
Groups are formed based on shared skill needs, age, and developmental stage.
Who group programs are for
Group programs may support children and young people to develop:
Emotional regulation and coping skills
Social communication and peer interaction
Confidence and self-esteem
Following instructions, routines, and sequences
Turn-taking, patience, and frustration tolerance
Practical life skills and independence
Transition skills across school, social, or daily routines
Programs may be accessed privately or through funded supports e.g., NDIS, where applicable.
How groups are delivered
Groups are delivered in small, therapist-led sessions, with activities structured to support skill development while remaining engaging, age-appropriate, and responsive to individual needs within the group.
